Miklós Csordás 

It is a course for dancers to strengthen and align the whole body incorporating functional stability. 
Students will learn fundamental principles of the Pilates method like control, precision and using breath to support movement. 
This method is highly beneficial for dancers and athletes because it develops deep abdominal engagement 
in order to move efficiently and effectively from the center. The method also helps develop fluidity in movement 
and increases overall body awareness.

Miklós Csordás
is an experienced Pilates instructor, he has been teaching the method for 5 years.
He is also practicing yoga, areal work and contemporary dance.
